I'm not specifically forbidden to discuss it, but I'm playing some of
the details close to my chest for now due to potential legal
strategies, yes, although I'll almost certainly put out a
comprehensive explanation of it all at some point in the near future.
Bottom line is that she served as an FBI informant at the same time as
she was working "freelance" for HBGary after the hack and making a
series of bizarre and incorrect assertions about me in public and to
the FBI itself, and some of the e-mails that were stolen from her by
another party a few months back are extraordinarily helpful in
demonstrating what I've been subject to in terms of covertly-organized
retaliatory measures by HBGary, its principals, and friends of same.
Some of this hinges on actions taken by related parties to intimidate
and potentially endanger me during the Zeta episode, but much of it
concerns assorted instances of incompetence, malice, and
deception/libel by many within that crowd, including the FBI to an
extent.
